All purchases will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and are tracked and signed for. 

Free worldwide shipping on all orders over £250.

We offer a flat rate for UK postage of £3.95.

Shipping in Europe is £10.

International shipping is £13.

We may contact you in exceptional circumstances to make special arrangements for delivery. 

Returns

Please contact us immediately at symidosanjh@gmail.com to inform us that you wish to return an item with the reason why. You will then be issued with a return authorisation code/ number. 

The costs of returning the item will be borne by us if the item is of unsatisfactory quality or is unfit for purpose in the first place. 

Returns must be received back within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund.

Returns will not be accepted/ refunds issued on any items that have been visibly damaged or show signs of wear in your care. 

In the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of or refunds on pierced earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose in the first place.

Refunds are issued on the day that the item is received back and using the original payment method. Depending upon your card issuer this may take 2-3 days to appear on your payment card.

No two pieces will be exactly the same. There may be slight variations in size shape and colour. Please also allow for natural inclusions within the stones and occasional hand tooled marks.

Each piece is made of either 92.5 % sterling silver or brass which is e-plated to protect it from tarnishing.

The gold plated pieces use 18 k gold and are then e-plated.​

The finishes that we presently offer are silver, gold plated silver and gold plated brass. 

​Any piece using more than 7.78g of silver is hallmarked in the UK.

​All our jewellery is handcrafted in India.
